I regularly perform at weddings across the Lake District and Cumbria, providing live piano music tailored to each part of the day, from arrivals and ceremony entrance and signing music through to relaxed drinks receptions, more upbeat wedding breakfasts and early evening entertainment.

I’m recommended by a large number of Lake District wedding venues, and often work at many of the area’s most popular hotels and inns. Every venue has its own feel, so the music and setup are always adapted to suit, whether that’s an outdoor ceremony overlooking the water, a drinks reception on the terrace, or a bustling indoor wedding breakfast.

Most couples choose piano versions of modern songs and well-known favourites (everything from rock, pop, soul and RnB through to hip hop, indie, alternative and Disney), which is what I’m best known for. My repertoire stretches much further though, and is always shaped around each couple's tastes. I cover everything from pop and rock through classical, jazz/swing and film music to more niche genres like video game themes.

I spent years working as a session musician, playing with and recording for platinum-selling artists before moving into weddings and events. After 20+ years of almost daily playing, my repertoire now covers thousands of songs, and I’m often asked to take requests on the spot — even ones I’ve not played before.

I am also available to work with a network of singers and other instrumentalists, with violin and saxophone the most popular additions for Lake District weddings.
